The Control Process
How is the milk and all our products controlled from the start to the packaging process we use? From the moment when it’s milked and transported, the milk is kept at a temperature of 2 to 4C Subsequently, tests are performed to see the fat, bacteria, parasites etc. on the milk. Then it goes through our Italian technology to guarantee maximum quality standards. All this work to satisfy the customer with healthy and safe products.
The diary is supplied with milk by healthy farms that produce with high mechanical hygiene without the presence of antibiotics. This is achieved through close cooperation with farmers as well as veterinary specialists operating in the area.
